I was hesitant to use a travel agent that I had never met personally but I changed my mind when I realized that Donna has traveled to New Zealand many times and knows from personal experience about the places she recommends. I was intrigued by the sample itinerary that she sent me so I asked her to prepare an itinerary for me and my husband. We took all her recommendations and have just returned from a 3 week trip in New Zealand. I heartily recommend letting Donna plan your trip. We loved the hotel and B&B’s that she booked us in, the tour guides that she personally selected and the recommended side trips that she suggested. She provided us with detailed driving directions and maps, restaurant recommendations, information about the availability of laundry facilities and internet connectivity. We had a fabulous time and wouldn’t have changed a thing. I can’t say enough good things about her thoroughness and knowledge of the travel industry in New Zealand. It was a trip of a lifetime and we owe it all to Donna.
